1. How do I book a party?
Simply click on the Book Online link on our website or call House of Bounce at (732)919-0999.
2. Is my party private or will I be sharing the space with others?
Your party is completely 100% private the entire time!
3. Are the play arenas safe and clean?
Absolutely. Every child must sanitize their hands before entering any play arena and every ride is cleaned between uses. All the inflatables are made for consistent indoor party use. Each inflatable is inspected and certified annually by the State of New Jersey. Each inflatable is also properly anchored to the floor, according to the manufacturer's requirements.
4. Do I, or the parents of my guests, have to stay during the party?
The party host is the only one required to stay at the party. The other parents may want to stay and have fun as well!
5. Are all guests required to fill out a waiver?
Yes, every guest must have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian. Click on icon:
6. What type of footwear is acceptable in the play arenas?
For your safety, socks are required to play on the inflatables.
7. Do we start in the play arena or the party room first?
We always start out by playing first and then eating. Eating first and then playing can be a bad combination.
8. How much of a deposit is required to book a party?
We require a $100.00 non-refundable security deposit. This deposit will be applied to the total party cost. The balance is due the day of the party.
For you convenience, we accept Cash, Check or Credit (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover).
9. What if I need to cancel my party?
If you cancel more than 10 days from the party date and reschedule for a date less than 3 months later there is no penalty. If you can't reschedule within 3 months from the party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the party price. If you cancel less than days prior to the party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the party price. Your $100.00 security deposit is non-refundable (SORRY but no exceptions!)
